I'm a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, former professional basketball player overseas, and someone who’s been fortunate to be part of two NBA franchises. My journey in sports has taken me around the world, but one of the most lasting impacts has come from my growing connection to women’s basketball.

That respect started early—watching my middle and high school classmates play their games before mine. As I grew as a player, especially during college, so did my appreciation for the women’s game. But it wasn’t until I played overseas that I truly saw the love and respect women’s leagues receive internationally. The passion, the skill, the fan support—it was eye-opening.

Coming back to the U.S., I realized just how underappreciated women’s sports can be here. So I made it a personal mission to bring that same level of respect and energy back with me. Today, I’m a proud multi-year season ticket holder for a WNBA franchise, and a committed advocate for elevating women’s sports in every way I can.

My journey through service, sport, and support has shaped who I am—and I’m just getting started.

While the NBA entered the Bubble, the women took on the Wubble — and we showed up.

Through isolation, we built community. Through screens, we made noise.

It started with an account: @WNBA_Wubble.

A platform to spotlight the game, the players, the movement.

And the fans came — from every background, every identity.

Now we’ve rebranded. Reignited. Recommitted.

Because the game grew.

The crowd got louder.

And one thing became clear:

We are the fans.
